I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
