The receptionist was not welcoming and did not smile, no welcome/greeting. The appointment was on time and I thought the physician's assistant was very professional and thorough. The young lady who set up my followup appt was warm and nice. I think the front office needs to represent the office in a friendly and welcoming manner. I'd rate the physician's assistant as a '5'.

My experience was both a complete waste of time and money. I made my appointment with the intention of having two issues addressed - my active acne and to get an expert opinion on the effectiveness of scar revision treatments. i received neither. I was prescribed an acne medication that I can't afford( $258 a for a 45 day supply), and I talked to a doctor who had absolutely no interest in discussing scar treatments. Obviously, if I had it to over again, I would have went somewhere else.
If you're like me and you don't have insurance realize that a patient is charged an additional $50 for their first visit. So you'd better choose the correct doctor the first time or you'll keep having to pay that first time patient rip off fee every time you see a different doctor.
If I could, I'd leave this doctor a zero star rating.
