I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
