Been going to Mr and Mrs Omarali for years. They have seen my elderly grandmother, my parents, and myself. Three generations in our family all agree that they both are professional but very "down to earth". Encountered doctors which are arrogant and these two are so humble. Definitely will recommend to others.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
