Dr. Conrad is a very good doctor - patient and friendly. he did not rush you and in fact he was willing to spend time with you and answered all the questions that I had. He explained things well and made you understand. Excellent doctor. it is hard to find HMO doctor like him nowadays.

The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Dr. Conrad is one of the best physicians in the entire San Gabriel Valley.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
