I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away. When I needed to get hold of the Dr on a Sunday afternoon with a question, I was given the doctor's cell phone #, left him a message, and he called me back as soon as he was out of an emergency procedure at a local hospital. I was assured that if the advice given about the problem didn't work, that Dr. Stewart would see me in his office later that evening (even though it was Sunday). Dr. Stewart's office called me the next to make sure the problem was resolved.
