Our teenage son noticed a problem when we were referred to Dr. Kaufman. Before we even saw the doctor, he ordered tests to be done so we could discuss the problem at our visit. Dr. Kaufman was very nice and clearly explained the situation to all of us. Eventually this problem needed surgery and he and his staff were very thorough about explaining everything about the surgery as well. His surgical center, La Veta Surgical Center, was outstanding and everyone was lighthearted, nice and actually quite funny which made it a great experience for our teenage. Immediately following surgery Dr. Kaufman spoke to us and explained everything and made us all feel at ease. We will continue to use and recommend Dr. Kaufman.
