I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The head nurse, Kelly, is kind, caring and has a great sense of humor. When I get my IV infusions, I call the tech - the Vein Whisperer. And that is a compliment. When I call the office for an appointment, Alicia and Brenda are quick to find me the most available time. It is always within 48 hours. This survey needs a six star rating, so I can truly judge this office by its true value to the community -- SIX STARS FOR ABOVE AND BEYOND.
