They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
