The front office staff was friendly and polite, however the front office was not very clean, and was very packed, There were no seats available, and the restroom was filthy! We waited at least 20 minutes for my child to be seen. When she was finally called, we realized there would be a language barrier, therefore, communication was not the best. One of my main concerns went ignored, and i had to remind the doctor about it before she excused us. When she was reminded of my main concern, she was somewhat clueless as to what to do to help my child, or where to refer her. I am currently searching for a new pediatrician.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
