Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.. He's a wonderful help for Mother's desiring to breastfeed their babies. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Child friendly and comfortable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
Dr. Fleiss and his staff were influential and supportive in my decision to breastfeed my children long term and to not circumcise my two sons. My family was under the best care possible as are my relatives' children. Thank you, Dr. Fleiss and Staff.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
