I cannot even begin to express how excellent Dr. Stroud and his staff are. He was very through. He was the first doctor that took the time to TALK and LISTEN to all the issues my husband was having. He was also the first doctor to tell us if the procedure he performed did not alleviate the symptoms he would refer my husband to a cardiologist. Oh, how right Dr. Stroud was. The staff went above and beyond helping us with the insurance issues. They see the patients as people not a check.

Dr. Stroud is a very intelligent and thoughtful doctor. He will give you all the attention you deserve as will his staff. I recommend Dr. Stroud to anyone who needs a good ear, nose and throat doctor.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was. It was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience.
