Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was very leary of cataract surgery but Alma put me at ease. I had the worst possible vison being short of being blind. After the two Outpatient procedures I can see leaves on the trees and peaks on the mountains and peoples faces from a distance. I was truly amazed and thank Alma and her staff for the truly professional services and courtesy.

Dr Murphy and her staff put me totally at ease. Dr Murphy was very professional and caring when she explained cataract surgery to me. All my questions were answered and she never seemed rushed. My cataract surgery went smoothly and my eyesight is wonderful now.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
