Yes

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

The worst I have seen

No, I never saw one

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed
Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The chairs in the waiting room were old and the office needs to be more cheerful since most people are depressed when they come in, it would be nice to have a pretty environment. My only complaint is no one calls you back when you have billing problems. It is easy to take money but not easy to get it back.

Before I went to see Dr. Rosengard, I never knew I could feel so much better. He has worked with me through much trial and error to find the right combination of meds that help me sleep and relieve my depression and anxiety with few side effects. He understands that side effects such as feeling too exhausted to function are not an acceptable tradeoff. I feel I can be completely honest with him without being judged, and he even returns calls after hours. I have recommended him to everyone in need of psychiatric help, and I thank God I was referred to him.
