Dr. Pilotte seems to be a competent physician, but the office staff is not responsive at all. They were rude to me on more than one occasion. Test results were withheld from me for weeks until my next appointment. In regard to Dr. Pilotte, I was not given all options for my care, nor did she talk to me about my condition. I will not return to this office.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office manager was very enthusiastic. She made the visit wonderful.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
