I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Yes, they were immaculate!
