@ the anony posted 6/20, I was there with you so I can definitely attest to your wait. I on the other hand was rushed out of the office without having my questions answered properly and when I requested specific blood work drawn up I was told, it wouldn't matter and instead had test performed that she wanted and not what I needed to feel assured. I too will not be returning.

Years ago Dr. Anderson was featured in Essence magazine as a "Top Doc" and as a result her patient count went through the ROOF, there was literally a 9 month waiting period to see her. I waited those 9 months and when I did finally get a chance to see her she spent 2 hours with me, was caring, kind and genuinely concerned for my well being overall - it was well worth the wait. Now I'm not sure if it's her age or the fact that she's simply tired and ready to retire but the entire office dynamics that was once there is gone.

Waited over an hour to be seen without explanation. Each time I asked how much longer I would be waiting I was told five minutes. Six patients checked in after me and we seen and left before I was taken back. My exam was very rushed. I did not have the opportunity to ask questions. I am very disappointed and will be searching for another physician.

The waiting room here is spacious. Both Dr. Anderson and her staff maintain a very professional atmosphere. And I really appreciate that Dr. Anderson takes the time to answer all of my questions. She is also willing to take a holistic approach rather than just writing a prescription. I highly recommend her and have sent friends to her because I know they won't be disappointed.
