It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
