Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The problem I have is that you
United healthcare Medicare complete have decided to drop Dr. Aguilera and I
would like to question why this happened. I also understand this was done in
Nov. of 2011 and I would like to know why he was dropped on Feb. 3 without
informing his clientelle. This is really a shoddy thing to do after the changes are
done and now we have to wait a year to get another insurer and lose valuable
health time with our supposed Dr. which also still shows that he is a Dr. still on
your health plan. Can you please straighten this out for me

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
