Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
