They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They answered all of my questions during the appointment. I was glad to get some useful information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was easy enough to find.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Fry took time to listen to my concerns and had an open conversation with me about his thoughts and treatment plan and allowed me to give him my opinion as well. I felt like my treatment plan was created with mutual agreement and not just him telling me what he thought was right. His advice has helped tremendously already. He found out what was wrong with me when my other doctors could not. Thank you.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They answered all of my questions during the appointment. I was glad to get some useful information.

I have been a patient of Dr Fry's for 3 years now. I love having a doctor who actually listens to what I am trying to tell him about my health instead of being a "know-it-all" and blowing me off.
Because of him, I am alive today because he caught what all of the other doctors "who knew better" did not.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
