Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I don't really feel like rating this doctor mainly because I don't want more people going to him, but I feel it's my duty to say something. His office is wonderful and extremely thorough. Sephia is young, bright and very professional. Kandy/Dulce is very sweet (like her name) and attentive, Nancy really knows her stuff and manages the office well, as well as, answer medical questions, and last but not least Dr. Cohen depends on his team to be able to do his job well. It all works so well! He is a wonderful listener, he is smart, knows his stuff and truly practices medicine from the heart. This man was born to be a doctor and I feel so blessed to have been introduced to him. After I met him and his office, I wondered where they had been all these years? Yes, he usually runs about 45 minutes behind, but it is so worth the wait!

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
