He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
