Dr. Malina is the very best doctor I have ever visited. He has kept me pain free for years, and has done so for every single friend that I recommended him to. Because he is in Tempe and I live in Sun City, I have not been able to see him recently, but I plan to very soon (even with the long drive).

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Malina is one of the most caring physicians I have had the pleasure to meet.

I visited Dr. Malina for a previous shoulder/upper arm injury, and a neck injury that was giving me headaches. He was able to tell me that restricted motion in other parts of my body were also giving me problems. He is the only doctor that I have visited who actually takes the time to listen to you. You feel like you are his only patient. His treatment is painless. I am simply amazed by this form of treatment and the manner of Dr. Malina. He actually cares. It is a very rare trait of doctors these days. I lived with pain for so long and now it is gone.

He does not accept insurance so you have pay a fee at the time of your visit. But the fee is reasonable and well worth it. Being pain free is priceless.

My experience with Dr Malina has been nothing short of amazing. I have two examples to share.

My daughter was born in 2001. She had an extremely difficult birth that the baby had to have an emergency c-section to save the birth. Her head had been lodged in the birth canal and had to be forcibly pulled back out into the womb. When I saw the miracle of life that was brought into the world, her head was definitely misshaped.

While we were told by the neonatologist that had helped with the birth that everything would be OK, we were still skeptical of the long-term damage that might have been done.

When our daughter went to school, starting in first grade, we noticed that she had some educational issues, including problems spelling, concentrating, self confidence and tracking sentences when she read. In second grade those problems only became worse. When we shared our concerns with another doctor, she recommended that we see Dr Malina.

Dr Malina examined our daughter and found that there were structural issues that needed to be corrected. He also found that the birth trauma was affecting her and mentioned that the areas of concern we had, would be helped by using the NeuroFascial Release. I was skeptical at first because the treatment is completely non-invasive. One watching can not imagine anything practical is being accomplished.

After the first treatment, our daughter’s mood improved. Subsequent treatments left our daughter sleeping during the treatment until the next day! Her spelling has completely turned around. Instead of getting only 1 right on a spelling test, she now only gets one wrong, if any. Her reading skills have dramatically improved and her self-confidence is off the charts.

The second amazing treatment was done to me. I brought my daughter in for her last treatment (5 total so far) and Dr Malina looked at me and said that I looked terrible. He asked if I wanted to have an exam at the end of my daughter’s treatment and I agreed. My daughter’s treatment was the last of the day. He ended up staying with me until 8pm, well past his 6pm closing time.

He mentioned that my structure and gait was off and did a thorough exam. I had injuries from an ice skating accident when I was 9, landed on my un-helmeted head resulting in a severe concussion; a horrific car accident when I was 18, that police said is was a miracle that any non-belted occupants survived; a wrestling injury when I was 30 (Jujitsu).

I am 43 and have lived with the consequences of these injuries all my life, mainly my C1 and C2 being twisted out of position. The severity of the injuries has given me 2-3 severe headaches a week , including sharp stabbing migraines. I have been to numerous chiropractors who only have been able to treat the symptoms but not the cause.

Dr Malina was able to get to the problem areas without the typical adjustments one can receive from a Chiropractor. The NeuroFascial Release method was so beneficial that I did not believe that a person can have their, neck, shoulders, mid back (digestive), hips, and leg all worked on from this treatment. As Dr Malina worked on my head and neck, I could actually feel the release of tension and misalignment in the other areas of my body. I can not describe it as anything other as amazing as there is no heavy pressure or force that is applied by the doctor to achieve the results.

Dr Malina is a truly gifted healer.
