I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

i have been seeing Dr. Gibson and N.P. Gayle for twenty years now driving all the way from Gilbert to Scottsdale cause i know I will be treated correctly, on time the first time. Recently I was in extreme pain from a back injury and had to be referred to a specialist carefully selected by Dr. Gibson. The specialist's office was equally well run and I was cured with some special procedures. If you want to go to a Dr. who genuinely cares for you and has a nurse who is extremely knowledgeable and a nurse practioner who is awesome, this would be the place for you.
