There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I have had appt.'s with Dr. Campbell that
have lasted 45 min. to 1 hr. due to my ?? and concerns. This is not an
assembly line office & he will take whatever time is needed to make sure you
are taken care of. I absolutely felt I was in caring hands.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The office was easy enough to find. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
