I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. We'll talk about regular conversational things, family, kids, work, I sometimes I feel I did not remember to ask certain technical questions. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
