When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
