Dr. Kevin Cleary is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and understanding doctors I have ever had. I have experienced many physicians due to my condition, and unfortunately have had mostly horrible experiences. Most doctors, in my opinion, seem to have become jaded, judgmental and completely lack the ability to empathize. It is important to remember that going to the doctor is usually an unfortunate event, as it often means there is not something "great" going on. People must look to doctors for help, so kindness and empathy should be a requirement for a medical degree. Luckily, for Kevin Cleary, he has these necessary traits and more.. which makes a very efficient doctor. He is such a relaxed, helpful person who makes his patients feel at ease. He never rushes through patients, and he takes his time to answer any questions. I am very lucky to have Dr. Cleary for my doctor, and the staff are great as well.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. I saw Dr. Cleary duing my first visit and then his assistant whom we really like. Both my daughter and I now go to them after seeing two other doctors before them. We like Dr. Cleary's office the best. He was the only one who was able to correctly diagnose my condition and was able to treat it with the correct medication. They even worked with my insurance company to get me a cane!

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
