Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They were easy to reach in an emergency. Their phone system is outdated and it doesn't direct you anywhere. When asked technical questions about blood work after a stroke he said"What you ask is a rhetorical question like, why is the earth round?"Demeaning and I cannot believe he is still a doctor. He is going to really hurt someone one day with his inability to diagnose. STAY away from him.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
