I find the staff assumptive. They think that you should know what to do or I have to ask lots of questions. When I went to put a paper away thinking it was my reciept that got laid in front of me, I got "No, I need that signed", When I waited 40 minutes for the Dr to arrive, could they have simply told me he was running behind or that the wait could be up to...minutes? This is not true with all the staff AND the DR's are why I come. They are wonderful, informative, comunicative. Thank You

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
