Mark Wilson's practice has its pro's and cons but today, they just tipped the scale. First, the receptionist was nice and polite, and seemed to care more about the patients than the doctor did. I give them credit for that but thats about where it ends. Previously, when seeing the Dr for some symptoms I had, (ear infection, and adhd) he outright argued with me about my symptoms. I have chronic ear infections and he demanded that since I'm not a swimmer and I am an adult, that I must be mistaken because adults dont get ear infections.... After not beaing able to hear for days I saw another doctor which stated my ear drum was extremely inflamed and I was a possible canidate for tubes with a sever infection. Dr Mark Wilson wouldnt even look in my ear! He also stated that adults dont have adhd and I must be mistaken and have add without ever looking into my records. Furthermore, when I fell ill a month later, I called at 11:45am for an appointment which they said they could fit me in at 3:15pm that same day. Two hours later I called them back to say I was unable to get off work to make the appointment to which they said I would now be charged a $25 fee for canceling an appointment less than 24 hours to the appointment time! They demanded I pay the fee and even after having my fiance call later to see if they had open times, which they did for the remainder of the day, they still said I caused them to deny other clients. After talking to numerous people from his office, they still said they were going to charge me the fee and during my "scheduled" appointment time I called again demanding to speak to the doctor himself. At this time they even said he was with other patients, during the time they "claimed" they could not schedule anyone else because of my cancellation. Their lack of customer service and absolute need for a fee have made me sure I will never return to this doctor again. Dont waste your time here as their sole concern is getting your money.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
