UNPROFESSIONAL/RUDE. Their staff was not friendly at all. Very hard to get through on the phones and when you do staff is very rude. After busy signal for many times when I did get through they put me on hold for which seemed like forever. I hung up and called back and had to go through the busy signals about 5 times again before getting through. Then when you do get through you have to deal with a very nasty staff. Maybe over worked...? The office manager Peggy is the worst. They need some phone help so the staff isn't so stressed out. Hopefully that will help.

I have been seeing Dr. Powers for years. His staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Powers is quick, but thorough. Love him!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
