I ended up in the emergency room thanks to this doctor. They pretended for 3 weeks while they collected my medical records that they had a nurse practitioner. The day of appointment, they notified us that they had not had once for weeks. My blood pressure was spiking and I told staff I really needed to get in anyhow then and see the doctor. They refused. I ended up in emergency room with $1600 bill. They were not the least bit concerned about you as a human being. They are a concierge service now and if that is how they treat people, (they then lost my medical records, etc) ....I would be very careful

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

The office was comfortable and pleasant. The nurse practioner was terrific - knowledgeable and friendly. I had only a brief visit with the doctor and would definitely recommend her to others. The staff seemed competent but didn't go out of their way to put me at ease, especially the techs who performed my testing. I only went for some baseline testing and a consultation with the nurse practioner and doctor and did not need further follow-up ,so I don't know how they all would have responded if I had been in a crisis or needed treatment.
