Dr. Shepherd is an awesome doctor. He is my family's general doctor, and I refer him often. His office is a little dated, but I believe that has more to do with the building he's in, but it's decent. My only complaint would have to be "some" of the staff. I don't know if this is the new trend, but so often the nursing staff forgets that if it weren't for us ("patients") they wouldn't have a job.
