They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
