They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
