Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I waited in his office for two hours, and I was still not seen. Upon leaving a stopped at the receptionist desk to tell her I was leaving where I was approached by Dr Middleton who told me, he didn't realize that I was more important than his other patients and if i had a problem waiting then I should just walk out. So I did and I never plan to return again. I think it is very unprofessional to leave patients waiting for 2 hours. They never stated that they were running behind. It also hurt to be talked to in that way. i do not deserve that and neither does anyone. I would stay clear of Dr Middleton because he does not believe in truely helping you with your medical problems.
