They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
