Yes, I had to wait forever.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.

I have never waited longer than 10 or so minutes to see Dr. Raby. His nurses and staff are very friendly. Dr. Raby is always very helpful and I trust his medical knowledge.
