They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
