I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me. They always call back in a timely manner after hours, and always answer any questions I have thoroughly. I have never felt stupid for the questions I did ask, and they give plenty of information to keep me informed. The waiting room is small, but I have never seen more than one or two other patients- they like to space them out to give each patient plenty of time with the nurse and/or doctor.

Do not go here!!! You will have to wait a month to get an appointment then once you get there Dr. Bolton will not be there. They will make you wait another month to get an appointment then once you get there for your second appointment they will want you to reschedule again. Very unorganized and they do not care about the best interest for their patients.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is NO EXCUSE for what happened to me. I am someone who needs some issues looked at before I try to conceive. I have PTSD, and I was encouraged by a counselor to find an obgyn and establish a relationship before hand. It took a while to schedule an appointment with her and I DO REMEMBER telling the receptionist some of the details about my situation until she cut me off when making the appointment several months ago, and I was told to bring my records with me. When I got to the appointment, Dr. Bolton reviewed my records and REFUSED to even see me at all. She had the receptionist turn me away, and the receptionist said things like, "We aren't accepting new patients", even though she scheduled me an appointment as a new patient. She just kept grasping at straws or something to try to explain why Dr. Bolton wouldn't even see me. She said, "We don't do infertility", even though I told her we didn't know if I was infertile yet, and she was like "why did you check the sheet?" I checked it and put a question mark on the sheet by it. My husband and I were like, "Why is it even on the sheet as a question?" It was just horrible of them to do that to me. This was months of waiting, thinking that I was going to have some type of support, etc. and guess what? THEY DIDN'T CARE! You don't treat ANYONE like that under ANY circumstances. It seems like that would be a part of their oath as a doctor. Just any doctor with one ounce of compassion would have taken a few minutes to explain that and not had their receptionist do that to anyone given the circumstances or at least asked for my records to be mailed in advance to turn me away before the appointment. HORRIBLE!

Don't expect any sympathy when you call. Rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and terrible to any length anyone should have to endure when scheduling an appointment. Calling this place will cause unwarranted stress to your life. This is not a review of Dr. Bolton's service which is superb; it is the intermediaries who could do this community a favor by working at a correctional facility where their insincere attitude could be appreciated.
