They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
