They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.

I live in the area, went to this place and was totally impressed.
Awesome Optical area, Lounge, super high tech equipment.
Dr. Raghu was great (and has all kinds of awards)
Can't wait for my annual exam next year!
