They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember me and my situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make me feel important and respected. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
