They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Unfortunately, he is moving to a Concierge Practice starting 6-1-12, and will no longer accept ANY INSURANCE PLANS. It will cost you a flat rate of $2,400 per year to see him with unlimited visits. Very distressing indeed to those of us who can't afford the $2,400 yearly fee, and have been seeing him for many years.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I have been seeing Dr. Rubino for 6 years now for Pain Management. He is the nicest, friendliest, most caring, COMPETENT, compassionate Physician I have EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING. I actually look forward to my visits with him. He has absolutely NO superiority complex that many doctors have, and is just a regular guy who is an extreme pleasure to deal with!! He treats everyone like they are nearly family. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT DR. RUBINO AND HIS STAFF. If you see him, you will not regret it !!!! And, he is ALWAYS SMILING!!!!! I cannot conceive of a better Physician in his field.
