This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Dr. Goldberg answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like his office was trying to rush my appointment at all. Don't expect to be greeted at all when you walk in the door. There are many doctors there and their receptionists seem busy. No one will notice you are there but once you check in expect a long wait and very courteous treatment. The office was easy enough to find. Ask for Donna in the danbury office. She's very attending, helpful and problem solver.
