As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Definitely come here if you want a provider with amazing bedside manner. They were so friendly and welcoming; they have won me over!
