They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put me at ease. I feel like I can ask them anything.

Very easy to talk to and very professional, Dermatologists sometimes ignore small concerns, but not here, and he describes and explains all of the lesions. When it comes to the removals he is incredibly fast and you barely feel the inscisions.

Dr. Zaladonis is the BEST doctor I have ever met, and I've met a lot. His staff is knowledgeable and polite. One look at me and he knew just what products I needed. He was interested in getting to know me and showed concerns about the most cost effective treatment plan. He was also conscientious about my personal schedule. He is an amazing professional.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
