A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. Their primary concern is what's best for my child. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
